Free Wi-Fi
The Bihar government's Free Wi-Fi in Colleges and Universities scheme was launched on March 22, 2017, by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. It is a key part of the "Aarthik Hal, Yuvao Ko Bal" (Economic solution, strength to youth) component under the broader Saat Nischay (Seven Resolves) initiative for good governance.
